Delivery Information

For all other orders, the cost of shipping dongles to you varies according to the destination, weight and shipping method. For the UK we use Royal Mail Special Delivery. For international orders we use our courier, SBS Worldwide, or you can use your own courier service.

For an exact price, please use our on-line ordering system or contact us or your distributor.

Customised Serial Numbers

We can initialise all dongles with your own choice of dongle serial number. This is ideal if you're planning on using Dinkey 1S with more than one product as each product can be protected to different dongle serial numbers. We charge an extra 10% for this facility.

Please add VAT to all the above prices for orders from the UK.

For orders within the EU, please remember to quote your VAT registration number.
