For security reasons, OTP tokens can only be returned for exchange/refund if the seeds (secret keys) have not been issued for the tokens.

Please ensure you are ordering the correct model of token for your needs. You are welcome to contact us to discuss your requirements if you are unsure.

NOTE: This does not apply to programmable tokens which can be returned within 30 days subject to a 10% restocking fee.
